Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations in the absence of management.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the store premises.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Support inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Train and mentor sales associates.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.

Skills

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
