Join The Swatch Group in Eindhoven as an IT Coordinator. This full-time role requires 5 years of IT experience and offers a competitive benefits package in a dynamic international setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all IT-related processes within the organization, including hardware and software management.
  • Manage IT security, monitor and maintain IT systems, and oversee communication and connectivity solutions.
  • Administer the SQL database and liaise with IT suppliers for procurement of equipment and services.
  • Create and manage user accounts in collaboration with HR, and organize IT training sessions.
  • Develop and maintain local IT support systems, including printers, scanners, telephony systems, and network connections (LAN and Wi-Fi).
  • Install equipment in offices and retail locations, and assist in setting up IT infrastructure for new stores.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to assist end-users.
  • Manage IT budgets and procurement processes.
  • Continuously develop and enhance the quality of IT services and operations while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT and system infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of current hardware, networking, IT protocols, standards, VPN, and Firewall technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory Environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with virtualization (VMWare), Cisco Switching, LAN, WiFi, and VOIP, as well as mobile technologies iOS and Android.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and collaborative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a similar IT coordination role, with demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
