Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage brand protection strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead online intellectual property enforcement efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand integrity.
  • Provide legal counsel on matters related to brand protection and IP enforcement.
  • Develop and implement policies to safeguard the company's intellectual property.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
  • Admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
  • Extensive experience in brand protection and IP enforcement.

Skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in legal research and documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of experience in legal counsel roles, with a focus on brand protection and intellectual property enforcement.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
