Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct effective investigations.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor laws and HR best practices.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in HRIS and common office software. Fluency in English and Dutch.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
