Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial operations within the retail sector, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with retail managers to optimize financial performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor budgetary controls and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial control within the retail industry.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial control role, preferably within the retail or luxury goods sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
