Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial operations and reporting for retail outlets.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize retail performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with retail managers to enhance financial efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial management within the retail sector.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the retail industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
