Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure competitive compensation.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head of HR or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Richmond, Victoria, Australia, within easy reach of Melbourne.
