Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize ERP systems to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop and implement ERP solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP systems analysis and implementation.
- Strong understanding of business processes and data management.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP business analysis or a related field is required.
