Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance and efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and advising on corrective actions.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide business planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and business controlling.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial controlling or similar role within a corporate environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
