Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of retail stores within the designated district to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all stores.
  • Coordinate with corporate teams to execute marketing and promotional activities.
  • Manage district budgets and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to travel within the district as required.

Experience
