Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of retail stores within the designated district to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in a retail management role, with a focus on multi-store operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
