Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance profitability.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and business controlling.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial analysis or business controlling role within a corporate environment, preferably in the luxury or retail sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
