Join Sephora in Thunder Bay, Canada as a Talent and Business Operations Manager. Lead store operations and talent management in a dynamic beauty retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
  • Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
  • Oversee training-related functions and develop ongoing training strategies in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
  • Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee the performance management process for the entire store.
  • Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are executed per company standards, including inventory management and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store's sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence business partners at all levels. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.
