Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the People and Operations aspects of the store, ensuring alignment with Sephora's operational standards.
- Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring candidates.
- Oversee training and development functions, collaborating with Store Director and Education partners to implement ongoing training strategies.
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee performance management processes.
- Lead store operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses management.

- Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
