Sephora seeks a Store Manager in Phoenix, USA, to oversee operations, drive sales, and lead a team in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $79,900.00 - $92,958.00. Potential eligibility for bonuses.
