Sephora in Greenville is hiring a Store Loss Prevention Investigator. Join a leader in luxury beauty retail and help protect assets while enjoying comprehensive benefits and a dynamic work environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter or apprehend individuals committing external thefts.
  • Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
  • Prepare prompt and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
  • Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
  • Heighten and maintain store loss prevention awareness through participation in store meetings, new hire trainings, and continuous Beauty Advisor training.
  • Provide support and work across multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.
  • Investigate internal theft using various resources, including exception-based reporting, in collaboration with District Loss Prevention Managers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-year experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Strong communication skills. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation. Adherence to Sephora's dress code and policies.

Experience

At least one year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention in a retail setting is required.

This position is based in Greenville, South Carolina, USA.

Compensation

$19.50 - $22.99 per hour, with actual pay depending on qualifications and experience.
