Join Sephora in Sydney as a Stockroom Manager. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits, including opportunities for growth within LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive scheduled cycle counts to make informed stock adjustments and prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Utilize and interpret data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
  • Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, coordinating with the store team as necessary.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives through coaching and collaboration with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
  • Serve as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels, making confident stock decisions as needed.
  • Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
  • Process and replenish stock arrivals, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
  • Retrieve necessary stock from the shop floor and coordinate with external stakeholders for returns pick-up.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, and visual merchandising.
  • Experience in people management and managing profit & loss of stock levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
  • Suitable level of physical fitness for lifting and shifting boxes up to 15kg.

Strong data interpretation and reporting skills. Excellent communication and training abilities. Proactive and results-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail stock management and inventory control is required.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, with easy access to Sydney.

Compensation

$31/hr plus Superannuation, Commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
