Role & Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Inspire and assist customers in discovering Sephora's skincare selection.
  • Create emotional connections with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Support team members with skincare expertise and leadership.
  • Stay informed about new products and the latest skincare trends and techniques.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in skincare or skin services.
  • Sales experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience is advantageous.
  • Certificate or diploma in skincare is highly desirable.

Skills

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Ability to educate and inspire clients about skincare. Keen observation of skincare trends and product knowledge. Adaptability to changing store priorities. Consistent and reliable attendance.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in skincare or related services.

Education

Certificate or diploma in skincare is highly desirable.

Compensation

$29.64 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and weekend & public holiday loading.
