Join Sephora in Manchester as a Skincare Manager. Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide continuous training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee relations issues.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Stay informed on skincare trends and provide expert consultations.
  • Oversee daily operations of the skincare department, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with store management on promotional campaigns and events.
  • Maintain operational standards and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry, particularly in skincare.
  • In-depth knowledge of skincare products and trends.
  • Strong capability to develop and guide a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and organizational skills.
  • Experience in handling employee relations issues.
  • Comfortable using technology for inventory management and customer engagement.
