Join Sephora in Oxford as a Skincare and Fragrance Supervisor. Lead a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team members' selling skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence in service.
- Support senior store management in managing employee relations issues, including attendance and performance concerns.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver expert skincare and fragrance consultations and personalized product recommendations.
- Engage with customers to build long-lasting relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Oversee daily operations of the skincare and fragrance departments, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with store management to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
- Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to optimize store performance.
- Maintain Sephora’s operational standards, including loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
- Support new store opening procedures, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry, focusing on skincare and fragrance.

Previous experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry is required.
