Sephora is hiring a Shift Coordinator in Avon, Indiana. This full-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and offers competitive hourly pay.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
  • Assign work tasks and monitor progress against established standards.
  • Operate and maintain various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Balance inventory and manage communication flow across shifts.
  • Utilize in-house computer systems to track and monitor work activities.
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to achieve work goals.
  • Communicate daily work goals and coordinate action plans with the team.
  • Monitor associates’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Train associates according to the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and regulations.
  • Report safety violations to supervisory or management personnel.
  • Adhere to company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and set an example for associates.
  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.

Skills

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications. Effective problem-solving abilities. Strong multitasking and deadline management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained in other areas. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive approach to business needs. Enthusiastic and professional demeanor.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Education

College degree or equivalent work experience.

The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.

Compensation

Starting base pay ranges from $24.70 to $25.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
