Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement foresight practices within the market research and consumer insights team.
  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative primary market research, including focus groups, surveys, and ethnographies.
  • Oversee foundational tracking research programs such as Brand Equity and Brand Health.
  • Synthesize short-term and long-term insights from various research studies and macro trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate disparate data sets and present comprehensive insights.
  • Manage research operations including survey calendars, vendor coordination, and qualitative fieldwork logistics.
  • Present insights to senior audiences, tailoring communication to different stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships to enhance research impact and business strategies.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in market research and consumer insights, with at least 3 years in a supplier or agency setting.
  • Exposure to Retail, FMCG, CPG, and/or Beauty industries.
  • Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

Skills

Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, R, or STATA. Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Ability to manage projects independently and handle ambiguity.

Experience

A minimum of 6 years in market research and consumer insights, preferably with experience in large-scale engagements and diverse industry topics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

Compensation

The annual base salary ranges from $151,810 to $169,670, with potential bonuses based on performance and qualifications.
