Role & Responsibilities

  • Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products following established production rates and procedures.
  • Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including proper work attire, and report any safety violations.
  • Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as required.
  • Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

Skills

Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience using menu-driven applications. Knowledge of warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products. Proficiency in packing products using preferred methods. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately. Capability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Experience

No specific experience required, but familiarity with warehouse operations is advantageous.

This position is based in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake City, USA.

Compensation

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
