Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
  • Drive overall store success through strong client engagement and expert product knowledge.
  • Coach and develop team members by providing ongoing feedback and training.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with daily operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong sales and client service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within retail, hospitality, or service sectors.

Compensation

$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
