Sephora Seattle hiring Sales and Service Leader (Full-time). Lead store teams and drive sales. $28–$36/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding client service and achieve sales targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, product training, and performance conversations.
  • Drive client engagement through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to maximize conversion and basket size.
  • Support store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and daily standards.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
  • Promote an inclusive team culture that supports Sephora’s standards and creates an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer service environment (3 years preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams to meet performance objectives.
  • Strong sales acumen with a client-first mindset and measurable results in driving revenue.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a service-focused environment, with a proven track record of coaching teams and achieving sales targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or beauty-related fields preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 36 per hour.
