Sephora in Rogers, United States, seeks a Sales and Service Leader to drive exceptional client experiences and support team excellence. Join a dynamic and inclusive beauty community.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement sales and service experiences that align with Sephora's standards.
  • Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, in sales, service, and operations.
  • Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with store standards to maintain a professional environment.
  • Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.

Qualifications

  • Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in retail sales or services is required.

Compensation

$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
