Sephora — Sales and Service Leader in Kissimmee, FL. Full-time retail leadership role driving sales, coaching teams and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and coach the sales team, modeling exceptional client service and professional standards.
  • Drive store performance through proactive client engagement, expert product recommendations, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development to elevate individual and team performance.
  • Manage onboarding and continuous training on product knowledge, service excellence, loyalty programs and brand initiatives.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards.
  • Promote an inclusive culture and collaborative teamwork to sustain a high‑performing retail environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping experience for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate a diverse team to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Demonstrated track record of high-quality client service and consultative selling.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Available to work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance required.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of daily store duties.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 31 per hour.
