Sephora seeks a Sales and Service Leader in Cedar Park, United States to drive store success and inspire teams. Full-time role with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement and expert product knowledge.
  • Coach and develop team members by providing ongoing feedback and support.
  • Train staff in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with daily operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong sales and client service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
