Role & Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
  • Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Handle cash transactions to ensure a smooth checkout process.
  • Train store team members on service offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems. Ability to train and motivate team members. Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role, is required.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA.

Compensation

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
