Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate services and events to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
- Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
- Deliver exceptional service through personalized client experiences and contribute to achieving sales goals.
- Execute daily operations, including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain visual standards by assisting with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment.
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
- Passion for client service, teamwork, and supporting team development.
- Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
