Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate services and events to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
  • Support team development by coaching team members to improve service skills.
  • Deliver exceptional personalized client experiences and contribute to sales goals.
  • Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, and cash handling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Sephora’s brand guidelines.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

Skills

Strong client service orientation and teamwork skills. Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

Workplace

This position is based in San Diego, San Diego, USA.

Compensation

$22.30 - $27.33/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
