Role & Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
- Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the checkout process.
- Train and educate store team members on service offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a retail sales and service environment, ideally in a coordinator capacity.
Workplace
This position is based in San Diego, San Diego, USA.
Compensation
$22.30 - $27.33 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
