Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate services and events to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
  • Deliver exceptional service by providing personalized client experiences and contributing to sales goals.
  • Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a sense of empowerment among staff.
  • Uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
  • Passion for client service, teamwork, and supporting team development.
  • Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Experience

Compensation
