Role & Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
  • Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Handle cash transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process.
  • Train and educate store teams on service offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in cash handling and transaction processes. Flexibility to work during peak retail hours.

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role, is required.

This position is based in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, USA, within easy reach of Nashville.

Compensation

$16.00 - $23.10 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
