Sephora seeks a Retail Marketing Director in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Join a global leader in luxury beauty retail, part of the LVMH group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the Retail Marketing strategy for France in alignment with EMEA and Sephora France marketing strategies.
  • Lead visual merchandising initiatives for key events such as Mother's Day and Christmas.
  • Deploy merchandising evolutions across tri-axis displays.
  • Collaborate with selective and exclusive brands to enhance trade fixtures and visual merchandising.
  • Optimize customer journey and create specific flagship animations, particularly for the Champs-Elysées location.
  • Develop and execute drive-to-store action plans, focusing on tourist boutiques.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience, with significant expertise in retail marketing.
  • Proven managerial experience.
  • Strong internal and external customer orientation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of 360-degree marketing.
  • Knowledge of premium retail environments.
  • Familiarity with the beauty sector is advantageous.
