Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement of secondary packaging and conditioning services for promotional kits, including thematic launches such as Christmas and Minis & More.
  • Challenge and understand project briefs, define supplier panels, and initiate tenders in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct margin simulations and propose strategies to meet predefined objectives.
  • Ensure production capacity verification and propose optimization solutions.
  • Negotiate product pricing, commercial terms, and exclusivity agreements for new launches and restocks.
  • Define and implement sourcing strategies considering lead times, pricing, and transport constraints.
  • Maintain continuous global sourcing and innovation monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring quality service and performance.
  • Oversee supplier performance reviews and resolve disputes.
  • Manage and report on supplier RSE compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze project margins and generate performance reports.
  • Negotiate and manage agility contracts, and input procurement data into SAP.
  • Participate in budget planning, stock reduction, and end-of-life product management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with a specialization in procurement.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with knowledge of promotional items and packaging.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related field.
