Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the technical and business backlog for Promotion and Loyalty initiatives.
- Define the scope of sprints, considering priorities, costs, capacity, and velocity.
- Decompose features into User Stories in collaboration with Product Managers and Solution Architects.
- Draft detailed User Stories with comprehensive technical and functional acceptance criteria.
- Ensure coherence of technical and functional solutions with initial requirements.
- Support development teams by clarifying specifications and resolving queries.
- Identify and address impediments affecting sprint commitments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation at the User Story level.
- Develop training materials for end users with Product Manager support.
- Incorporate team feedback to enhance sprint lifecycle and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM Loyalty and Promotion within an omnichannel context.
- Familiarity with Promotion and Loyalty Engines, specifically Maxxing Sapphire.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years in a functional and technical role within a CRM Loyalty and Promotion context.
