Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during pickup.
  • Maintain a well-stocked store to enhance the client shopping experience.
  • Contribute to store cleanliness and smooth operations.
  • Participate in the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
  • Engage in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior work experience, preferably in operations.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Prior experience in operations is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation

$19.75 - $24.21 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
