Join Sephora in Troy, United States as an Operations Associate. This part-time role involves managing inventory, visual merchandising, and supporting exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand accurately.
  • Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an open and empowering environment.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a goal-driven mindset. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Workplace

This position is based in Troy, Michigan, USA.

Compensation

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
