Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to ensure brand alignment and promotional accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client experiences and support sales objectives.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an open and empowering environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to learn quickly and convey product knowledge effectively. Team-oriented with a goal-driven approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Tempe, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.

Compensation

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and location-specific factors.
