Join Sephora in Riverside as a Part-Time Operations Associate. Support store operations and deliver exceptional client service in a dynamic retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
  • Support the execution of promotional setups and events.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to learn quickly and communicate product knowledge effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Compensation

$20.85 - $25.54 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
