Join Sephora in Plano, Texas as an Operations Associate. This part-time role offers competitive hourly pay and a dynamic work environment in the beauty retail industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during pickup.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment.
- Contribute to store cleanliness and smooth operations.
- Participate in the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
- Engage in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operations, preferably within the retail sector.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a similar operational role, ideally within the retail industry, is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Plano, Texas, USA, with easy access to Dallas.
Compensation
$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
