Sephora in Phoenix, United States, seeks an Operations Associate to manage store operations, inventory, and client experiences. Part-time role with flexible scheduling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork within the store.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in managing inventory and visual merchandising. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Experience
