Join Sephora in Paramus, United States as an Operations Associate. This part-time role involves supporting store operations, inventory management, and delivering exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, promoting openness and empowerment.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a goal-driven mindset. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

The role is situated in Paramus, New Jersey, USA — conveniently close to New York City.

Compensation

$21.75 - $28.00/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
