Join Sephora in Paramus, United States as an Operations Associate. Part-time role with flexible scheduling, supporting store operations and client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
  • Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, promoting an open and empowering environment.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Compensation

$19.75 - $24.21 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, along with other business factors specific to the position and location.
