Join Sephora in Orem, United States as an Operations Associate. This part-time role involves supporting daily operations and delivering exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences.
  • Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness and empowerment.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Workplace

This position is based in Orem, Orem, USA.

Compensation

$15.50 - $20.50/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience.
