Join Sephora in Orem, Utah as an Operations Associate. This part-time role offers flexible hours and competitive pay in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during client pickups.
- Maintain inventory to ensure the store is well-stocked for clients.
- Contribute to store maintenance to ensure a clean and smoothly operating environment.
- Participate in the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
- Engage in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience, preferably in operations.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a retail operations role is preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Orem, Utah, USA, within easy reach of Salt Lake City.
Compensation
$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
