Join Sephora in Natick, United States as an Operations Associate. This part-time role offers a dynamic work environment in the luxury beauty retail sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
  • Ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support in creating outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Proficiency in delivering outstanding client service. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

Compensation

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
