Join Sephora in McAllen, TX as an Operations Associate. This part-time role offers a dynamic environment in the luxury retail sector with competitive pay and growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during client pickups.
- Maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked store.
- Contribute to store maintenance for a clean and efficient shopping environment.
- Support sales and promotional events through setup and execution.
- Participate in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience, preferably in operations.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in operations or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory. A passion for customer service and teamwork is essential.

Compensation
$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
