Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during customer pickups.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and smooth operation of the store.
- Participate in the setup and execution of sales events and promotional activities.
- Engage in loss prevention efforts to maintain a secure shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operations, preferably within a retail setting.
- Passion for client service and effective teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in operations, ideally within a retail environment, is preferred.

Compensation
$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
