Join Sephora in Lancaster, United States as an Operations Associate. Support store operations and deliver exceptional client experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences.
  • Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge quickly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a goal-driven mindset. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA.

Compensation

$15.50 - $20.50/hr, dependent on qualifications and experience.
